The roastery floor

Unit 9, the old print works. Roast days are Tuesday and Friday — the door is open from 08:00, the good light hits the cupping bench at 09:30, and whatever we're roasting, you're drinking. Public cuppings first Saturday of the month. Bring nothing but opinions; we supply the rest.

Wholesale, straight

What's the minimum order?

5kg a week, roasted to your slot on the calendar. Below that, buy retail bags — same coffee, same curve.

Do you do training?

Every wholesale partner gets dial-in on installation and a quarterly recalibration visit. Your baristas learn the curve, not just the recipe.

Can we get a custom roast profile?

Yes — after one quarter on the standard curve, so we both know what we're changing and why. Custom profiles get logged in the Cupping Room like everything else.

Why do you publish your defects?

Because everyone has them and only we say so. The defect log is why partners trust the price sheet.
